Green St is a 3 townhouse development situated an inner-urban corner site designed and built by Neil+Idle Architects. It consists of two different house types: one a compressed family villa with three bedrooms and a north facing courtyard with living area on the ground floor. The other two apartments are townhouse like with the living areas and external space positioned upstairs to take advantage of the first floor elevation, whilst the ground floor consists of carparking, bedrooms and wet areas.
