This project comprises of 27 terrace style townhouses in an eclectic prectinct of North Melbourne nestled between the 1960’s housing commission flats and a rigid victorian context on the opposite side of the site. The design informed a comtemporary terrace typography using subtle modulation of form and variations in colour and materiality to give each dwelling an identity whilst celebrating their relationship to one another as a whole. Stage 1 and 2 are now complete with Stage 3 under construction.
