The site for this house was the result from a subdivision of land which formed part of an existing late 19th century workers cottage. As a result the existing cottage was left in place and the remaining land to the side was used for the construction of the of new house. The ‘infill’ house consists of two bedrooms on the ground floor and elevated living on the first floor. A roof deck was also built to take advantage of the vistas to the city and the surrounding hills.
