Rooney Rose St is a 6 unit one bedroom townhouse development in Richmond. The floor area of each townhouse is 100 square meters including the garage, leaving 77 square metres of living space. The tight floor areas thus requiring efficient planning which was achieved with plenty of storage and hidden workspaces and the main living area left simple, clean and minimal.
